Refund Eligibility
We accept returns and offer refunds within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
- Customized or personalized orders
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Refund
To initiate a return and request a refund, please contact our customer service team at hello@herelief.com or 371+2242156. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RA#).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
